Our policy states that refunds may only be claimed within 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date or in the unfortunate event of a death in the family. This policy allows us to better manage our rentals and ensure that we can accommodate as many guests as possible.
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while still being fair to all of our guests. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so within the allotted time frame to ensure that we can assist you in a timely manner.
